Photography of objects

Today I have taken some photos of some objects to get used to the camera. I could use some of them in my freak or unique project because I have an idea in my head on what objects I can sue fro my freak or unique project.

The objects that I brought it was a girl doll called Madeleine. I also brought in a mini doctor who tardis, a purse with an elephant on it, I brought a smurf toy and 2 photographs of my dog and myself. The only objects that I could use in my object. I didn't finish photographing my objects because I ran out of time.

I used a white backdrop(a piece of white card/paper) to cut out the shadow of the other background. To get the lighting you use a red head light. This sets up a mini photography studio.

I have used photo shop to  edit my images. I have edited about 4 images so far.  They look very good when they have been edited. To edit an photo in photoshop you need to click on file and browse in bridge. Then you find the SD card or where ever you have saved your photo. Then you go into image adjustments and level or curve. These change the darkness and brightness of your photo. I also learnt how to crop the white background by using the marquee tool. To save your edited photo you need to go to file, save and click the maximam for the best quality photo.
